#Arturia spark drum machines Offline
Let me know, if you still have the issue, i'll send you the steps to record the fx pads automations in logic.ģ)Do you know if Spark is able to bounce a song in offline mode or if there's a way to capture the audio as it's playing without having to bounce directly in Logic?
#Arturia spark drum machines update
This is a known bug that has been fixed in 1.1.3.ĭid you try with the new update 1.1.3 or better 1.1.3.1 (that will be available today)? Is there something I need to change in Logic? It happens in every new session I create and I don't use an autoload template to create tracks. At that point I can see the orange automation parameter moving in Spark. However, it DOES play it back when I click and hold on the FX touchpad. You should turn off the Host/Tempo button in Spark toolbar to disable Spark sequencer when usingĢ) The FX touchpad will RECORD automation into Logic's track but Logic doesn't play it back. The dropped pattern will be played correctly by Spark - no transpose required. The Spark 'midi drum map for pads' preference must be set to "Spark". The next update (edit: soon coming) will enable real-time pad hits recording into a host.įor now you can record the pad hits into a Spark pattern.Īnd then drag and drop it to logic.

In midi controller mode ( that means it will not control Spark plug-in anymore). Is there a way to set Spark to use the same note as Logic for each pad?Īctually, when Spark is used as plug-in in a host, the Midi private port must be disabled, and you shouldn't be able to record pad hits in Logic, except if you set Spark controller Spark is actually sending the bass drum as -C2 instead of C1. This isn't a setting in Logic that's causing it. So every time I need to play something back I need to transpose it up. Here are my feedbacks.ġ) For some reason, when I'm recording the pad hits in Logic, it transposes the pitch 3 octaves down. I though it would be nice to share the answers with you:ĭenis has forwarded your issues and questions about Spark. Those problems have been adressed by Emilie, the Arturia project manager (you might know her from the "Microwave video"). He was actually facing a few tech problem. We exchanged a few private messages with Masterhiggins.
